The Gujarat earthquake shook us to the core of our being it totally destroyed the eco -system and the environment in the Kutch area whose people and culture are very dear to our hearts.
We had a mission: To ensure that we in our own way could manage to do relief work right from the purchase to the relief material bought from our own personal funds, right up to identification of the beneficiaries and distribution.
We knew that bigger companies than ours had adopted complete town and villages however we learnt that there were villages around Jamnagar 70 -90 kms distance where there was just no aid.
We went first we did re connivance work with united liner agencies Jamnagar our principals and with our office represent in Jamnagar who advised us as per the requirements

We swung into action identifying the best material at the lowest cost; we stencilled each and every item " earth quake relief not for sale "
The village identified by Cargill /united liners was Chavda we met the Sarpanch and all the village panchayat who were kind to us to allow us to serve them and assuage our conscience, the names of all beneficiaries was taken down orphans / widows, those who were mentally challenged were given the first preference
We were grateful to the villagers for giving us a chance to serve them may God bless them and give them strength.

Education and adoption of street urchins
One of the top most causes close to our heart of Mr. Shroff, staff of sea worthy and family, is the adoption and education of street urchins, we hope to educate every street urchin in proper regular schools and integrating them in society
We hope to make every street urchin into an independent socially responsible citizen of India who when grow up, is capable of making a significant and favourable contribution to society to which they belong
May God give us strength to ensure that every child born to life on this earth has a purpose, a mission in life as well as a name?
